Electrical installations
Power distribution, distribution boards, cable laying and containment, lighting, power points and earthing. Define equipment ratings, load requirements, routes and installation boundaries before work begins.
Typical deliverables include an agreed BOQ, circuit and equipment identification, relevant inspection records and an installation handover list.
Networking & structured cabling
Cat6/Cat6A cabling, patch panels, data outlets, racks, patching, office Wi-Fi and network equipment installation. Plan outlet quantities, cable routes, rack space, power and uplinks around the site requirement.
Specify labelling, port mapping and the required cable testing or certification in the quotation. Certification scope and reports depend on the agreed test standard and equipment.
ELV, security & communication
CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, EPABX/IP telephony and automation. Coordinate system selection, device placement, power, connectivity and integration requirements.
Confirm system interfaces and responsibilities early. Applicable fire and life-safety design, approvals and acceptance requirements must be included in the agreed scope.
